OFFLINE
or ONLINE!?!
Yeah,
many of you are skeptical about giving JEE mains offline or online. I am
writing this post to help many students who are facing this dilemma.
2014
will be the third year when computer based test(CBT) will take place. Everything is same in offline
and online mode of examination-level of difficulty, time, number of questions…
except the method of marking answers. In online mode we have to click the right
option. And the best part is that we can change answer if we find that our
previous answer was wrong. In offline mode, we have to spare some time for
filling those tiny bubbles. And if we fill the wrong bubble, we can’t change
our answer or ask for a new OMR sheet. If we incompletely fill the bubble, we
will not receive any score for that. This problem is solved by CBT.
All
students have been taking offline exams in their institute. So they are
comfortable with this mode. Giving a CBT will be a completely new thing for
them, and taking risk at this crucial point is not viable.
Because
students are living in a technological world, CBT should not pose any threat to
them. Computers have become part of student life so why be afraid of giving
CBT. So, don’t panic while thinking about ONLINE or OFFLINE. Sometimes over-thinking
leads to wrong decision. Life is all about offs and ons. Keep calm and stop
thinking too much. Keep it simple. Just chill…and choose any one of
them-ONLINE/OFFLINE.
